3.1. Information You Provide

• Personal Details: Name, mobile number, email ID, and other contact information.

• Health Information: Medical history, health indicators (BMI, weight, height), diagnostics reports, prescriptions, and any files you share.

• Professional Information (for RMPs): Practice details, years of experience, certifications, registration details with medical councils, etc.

• Payment Information: Billing information, credit or payment card details when you use the Services.

3.2. Information We Automatically Collect

• Communication Records: Emails, texts, and other messages exchanged with BetaCura for customer support or troubleshooting.

• Location Information: We may collect real-time location data depending on the Service being used.

• Transaction Details: Records of services availed, interaction history, browsing data, and service usage patterns.

• Diagnostic Records: Results, prescriptions, or reports generated through the Application.

4. Use of Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To provide and improve the Services.

• To process transactions and generate diagnostic reports.

• For customer support and troubleshooting.

• To ensure compliance with legal obligations.

5. Disclosure of Information

We may share your information in the following scenarios:

5.1. With Lab Partners

• For diagnostic services, your information (personal and medical data) may be shared with our lab partners to facilitate these services.

5.2. For Legal Compliance

• To respond to legal obligations, court orders, or government requests.

• To address any claims of intellectual property violations or other legal matters.

• To protect BetaCura’s rights or the safety of our users.

5.3. Internal Use

• Your information may be shared within BetaCura's corporate group or affiliates for internal business operations.

6. Payment Terms

• Fees for Services are displayed at the time of selection, and payment is required prior to accessing the Services.

• Refunds will be handled as per our refund policy.

7. Confidentiality

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive BetaCura information they might encounter during the use of the Application.

8. Refund Policy

• If a Practitioner fails to meet the User for a paid appointment, the User may request a refund within five (5) days of the missed appointment.

• Refunds will be processed within six (6) business days.

• In case of a "Patient-No-Show," where the User does not attend the appointment without cancellation, no refund will be provided.

9. Full Screen Intent Permission Policy for Audio and Video Calls

BetaCura’s mobile application offers audio and video call functionality for medical consultation services. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience during these consultations, we request permission for Full Screen Intent. This permission allows the app to deliver audio and video call notifications in full-screen mode, ensuring you don't miss important calls related to your medical appointments.

Purpose of Full Screen Intent Permission

The Full Screen Intent permission is requested to:

Enable incoming audio and video call notifications to appear on your device in full-screen mode, even when the app is running in the background or your screen is locked.

• Ensure that critical medical consultations are not missed due to distractions or other app notifications.

• Provide a seamless and uninterrupted consultation experience between users and healthcare professionals.

When Full Screen Intent is Used

Full Screen Intent will be triggered in the following situations:

• Incoming Audio/Video Calls: When a healthcare professional initiates an audio or video consultation with you.

• Missed Call Alerts: In case you miss an incoming call, a full-screen reminder may appear to notify you of the missed consultation.

• Appointment Reminders: A full-screen reminder may be displayed for scheduled audio or video consultations.

How We Use This Permission

• No Other Use: Full Screen Intent permission is solely used for incoming call notifications and medical consultation alerts. It will not be used for any other purpose or non-essential notifications.

• User Control: You can manage this permission through your device settings, but please note that disabling Full Screen Intent may affect your ability to receive consultation-related notifications effectively.

Your Privacy

• Call Data Privacy: Your consultation sessions are private and encrypted. We ensure that the Full Screen Intent permission does not compromise the privacy of your medical information.

• No Data Sharing: We do not share your call data or medical consultation details with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

By granting this permission, you allow BetaCura to deliver critical medical consultation calls and notifications in full-screen mode, helping you manage your healthcare seamlessly and without interruption.

10. Policy Changes

• We may update this Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominently displayed on the Application.
