• End User: A patient, parent, guardian, or caregiver of the patient.
• Be a validly constituted legal entity, or a natural individual 18 years of age or older.
• Represent and warrant to BetaCura that you have the right, authority, and capacity to use the Application and Services.
• For minors, a parent or legal guardian must enter into the Agreement on their behalf.

• a) Location: The Application and Services are designed for use within India. Do not use the Application or Services outside of India.
• b) Prohibited Use: You will not use the Application or Services for illegal, discriminatory, immoral, or offensive purposes.
• c) Misuse: You will not take any steps to misuse or harm the Application, including introducing viruses, malware, or any other materials that interfere with its functioning.
a) Registration
• An End User can avail Diagnostic Services by providing a sample at a location of their choice (e.g., residence, office).
b) Sample Collection
• Proof of identity and age must be submitted at the point of collection.
• The End User is responsible for following specific pre-test requirements (e.g., fasting) and for notifying BetaCura personnel of any medical conditions (e.g., allergies, diabetes).
• BetaCura will not be responsible for inaccurate results due to non-compliance or failure to disclose medical conditions.
c) Conduct of Tests
• Diagnostic services will be performed using generally accepted market practices.
• BetaCura aims to deliver test results within the communicated time frame, but factors outside of their control may cause delays.
d) Home Collection
• Home collection is offered for user convenience. BetaCura will make reasonable efforts to reach the location on time, but factors like traffic may cause delays.
This Privacy Policy describes how BetaCura collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Application or Website.
• By using the Application and/or Services, you consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, and sharing of your information as described in this Policy.

• Healthcare professionals (RMPs) will provide practice details, certifications, and registration information.

• Communication records, transaction details, location data, and diagnostic reports.
• Lab Partners: Information shared with business partners for providing diagnostic services.
• Compliance with Laws: Information shared with governmental agencies as required by law.
• Internal Use: Information shared with BetaCura's affiliates for business purposes.
• Payment terms will be displayed before selecting the services.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Users agree to maintain strict confidentiality of BetaCura’s proprietary information, business models, and user data.
• If a practitioner cannot meet the user for a booked appointment, the user must contact BetaCura within 5 days for a refund.
• If the user fails to attend the appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
• If the user does not show up for a scheduled appointment without rescheduling or cancelling, no refund will be provided.
• BetaCura may update the Policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated through prominent notice on the Application or to the user’s email.
